Managing trade customers in your account

When you work across multiple jobs and sites, you should not have to retype the same customer details every time you quote or checkout. The Customers tab in My Account is your delivery directory on the Bath Giant website. Save each client once, then link quotes and orders to the right person.

Where to find it

Sign in with your trade account, open My Account, and choose Customers in the account menu. You need an active Bath Giant trade login with account pricing enabled.

Build your customer directory

Select Add customer to save a delivery contact. Each record can include:

• Name and email (email links quotes to the customer)
• Phone number
• Full delivery address
• Private notes for your team (not shown to the customer)

Your directory table supports search and column sorting so you can find a client quickly on a busy day.

Open a customer record

Select any customer to open their job page. You will see contact details, delivery address, and private notes. From here you can Edit customer or Build quote for customer to start a new basket with their details already in place.

Quotes on every job

Quotes saved with the customer email on your trade account appear on their record automatically. Open any quote to review line items, compare your trade price with the customer list price, add lines back to your cart, or update the quote when the job changes.

If you need to extend an existing quote, open it from the customer page, choose Add items to quote, adjust the basket, and save. Your customer can receive an email when new lines are added.

Save time when you quote or checkout

When you save a quote on the website, tick the option to add the billing contact to your customer directory. Next time, their address and phone are ready for checkout without copy and paste.

Edit or remove a customer

Update a customer any time from the directory or their job page. Linked quotes pick up the new contact and delivery details. Remove a customer when you no longer need the record on your account.
