Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. Use the trade login page to access trade account tools and dashboard features.

Can I collect from branch?

Collection depends on stock location and product type. Check the product page for branch stock and use the postcode checker before travelling.

How are delivery charges calculated?

Charges are based on your postcode, what is in your basket, and delivery eligibility at checkout. Free delivery may apply when your basket and postcode qualify.

Some products say "local delivery or collection only". What does that mean?

Some items can only be delivered in selected postcode areas, or collected from branch. We will show available options during checkout.

How do tile cartons work?

Where we publish coverage per carton, use the tile calculator on the product page to estimate how many cartons you need for your area.

How do I return something?

Contact us with your order reference before sending anything back. See the returns & refunds page for eligibility and time limits.

Do bundles show component pricing?

Bundle pricing is controlled per product and can either use fixed bundle price or summed component pricing.
