Delivery eligibility, lead times, and branch collection guidance.

Delivery and collection options depend on the products in your basket, your postcode, and stock location. Charges and free-delivery thresholds are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Local delivery

Some items are flagged for local delivery or collection only — for example bulky or supplier-restricted lines. Postcode eligibility is checked from your basket and at checkout.

Branch collection

You can choose collection at checkout when offered. Please wait for confirmation before travelling — lead times vary by brand and branch stock. Opening hours are listed on our branches page.

Charges

Standard delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds apply per the checkout quote for your order. Trade accounts may use different thresholds.

Lead times

Stock on site vs supplier lead time is indicated per line where we have that data. Dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing by our team.

Missed delivery

If a courier cannot deliver, they will usually leave a card or reschedule. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed attempts or re-delivery where the carrier’s terms allow.
