Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and may exclude VAT where applicable. Payment is taken through the method offered at checkout (for example card payment). Trade customers with agreed terms are subject to their account conditions.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance according to our processes (for example payment authorisation and stock allocation). Risk and title pass in line with our delivery and collection terms.

Delivery and collection

Returns and liability

Returns are handled according to supplier rules and statutory rights. See returns & refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Trade accounts

Trade login and dashboard features are for authorised users only. Misuse may result in suspension. Separate credit and invoicing terms may apply to your account.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, text, and images are owned by Bath Giant or used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland (or the UK as applicable). Courts of Scotland shall have jurisdiction.
