How do I apply for a trade account?

Contact your nearest branch or use our contact form with your business details. Existing trade customers can sign in straight away with the login details we provided.

Can my customers see my trade prices?

You control what customers see. Share a quote review link to show list prices, or pass on trade savings where you choose. Your buy price stays in your account.

What is pay later checkout?

Where your account allows it, you can place an order for collection or branch delivery and settle payment later — your branch confirms the arrangement.

Can branch staff help with quotes?

Yes. Showroom teams can build quotes in the cart for you, a trade account, or one of your saved customers — ideal when you are in branch or on the phone.
